Use of website

http://www.hotmouse.co.uk/ ("the website") is a website provided by Hotmouse Ltd ("Hotmouse").

All use of the website is on the terms and conditions set out herewith. Before ticking the box to accept these terms and conditions please read them carefully as by ticking the box you are consenting to be bound by these terms.

This agreement together with our privacy statement constitutes the entire agreement between Hotmouse and you and supersedes any other agreement or understanding (written or oral) between Hotmouse and you. We may change the terms from time to time by changing them on the website.

Bookings

Hotmouse operates as an agent for third party suppliers (hotels and other companies) represented on the website and the contract for accommodation or other services is between you and the third party supplier. Additional terms and conditions relating to the third party supplier may apply and whilst Hotmouse endeavours to provide details of the salient policies these details are not intended to be an exhaustive list of such policies.

A legally binding agreement is made when the required information is entered by you on the website and you click on the "confirm" button.

Cancellation

The cancellation policies of third party suppliers apply to bookings made on the website. Third party suppliers may impose a charge for cancellation and Hotmouse accepts no liability in the event that cancellation charges are imposed.

Cancellation may be notified to the supplier direct or to Hotmouse by following instructions given on the emailed booking confirmation.

Payment

You undertake that the credit or debit card details you provide on the website are for a card that is yours and that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to conduct the transaction.

You accept that credit or debit card details may be provided securely to third party suppliers for the purposes of charging a deposit, cancellation or no-show charges and for payment.

No payment is taken by Hotmouse. Payment should be made to the third party supplier according to their terms and when making a booking on the website you accept responsibility for payment to that supplier.

Website information

Hotmouse and its third party suppliers take reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including hotel details, images and additional information is accurate and up to date. You acknowledge and accept that the website content may nevertheless contain errors.

Hotmouse makes no representations that the content of the website is accurate and up to date and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information.

Information included in the website content does not constitute any recommendation or advice and Hotmouse will not be liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or any information on the website.

You acknowledge that the website contains copyright matter, trade marks and other intellectual property. Other than for the purposes of making a booking, the website content as a whole or in part may not be modified, duplicated, displayed, copied, reproduced, sold, transferred, published or in any way exploited.

Complaints

Hotmouse operates as an agent for third party suppliers (hotels and car hire companies) and any complaint regarding services supplied should be notified to the third party supplier.

Where any such complaint is not satisfied by the third party supplier Hotmouse will endeavour to assist you although you acknowledge that Hotmouse accepts no liability for providing services booked through the website.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
